By downloading, installing, or using VivoPet ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

VivoPet is a pet health management application that allows you to:

• Track your pets' health records, medications, and vaccinations
• Schedule and receive reminders for appointments and medications
• Store pet documents, photos, and important information
• Share pet profiles with family members, caregivers, or veterinarians
• Monitor weight trends and activity logs
• Manage pet insurance information

3. Account Registration

To use VivoPet, you must:

• Create an account using a valid email address
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Be at least 13 years of age
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Responsibilities

When using VivoPet, you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Provide accurate information about your pets
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Not attempt to access other users' data without permission
• Not use the App to transmit harmful or malicious content
• Respect the intellectual property rights of VivoPet and others

5. Pet Profile Sharing

VivoPet allows you to share pet profiles with other users. When sharing:

• You control who has access to your pet's information
• You can revoke sharing access at any time
• Shared users can view but not delete your pet's data
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share the information

6. Content Ownership

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to VivoPet, including pet photos, documents, and health records. By uploading content, you grant VivoPet a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

VivoPet Content

The App, including its design, features, and code, is owned by VivoPet and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Notifications and Reminders

VivoPet may send you notifications for:

• Medication reminders
• Appointment alerts
• Vaccine due dates
• Health alerts and recommendations

You can manage your notification preferences in the App settings. VivoPet is not responsible for missed notifications due to device settings, network issues, or other factors outside our control.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep VivoPet available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Technical issues or updates
• Factors beyond our control

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• VivoPet is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on information in the App
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any)

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VivoPet, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using VivoPet at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App ceases immediately
• You may request deletion of your data
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of VivoPet after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
